On June 30, Yonker Environmental Protection and Bubugao's Meixi New World Mall photovoltaic power generation project was successfully connected to the grid and put into operation. This project is designed to generate self-sufficient energy and even able to supplythe extra electricity to national power grid for additionalrevenue and to provide green energy, which is a perfect solution for commercial complexes with high energy consumption and high electricity cost.

Earlier, Yonker and Bubugao have signed the "Carbon Neutral Project Cooperation Agreement", and the Meixi New World Mall PV Power Generation Project is the first of the cooperation series to come.

As a dual carbon technology (carbon peaking and carbon neutrality) service provider for Bubugao, Yonker has developed a carbon neutral action roadmap for Bubugao, including carbon emission accounting, carbon emission trend prediction, as well as energy saving and carbon reduction diagnosis. Through building the integrated light storage and charging station with supplementalmulti-energy complementary units, Yonker successfully accomplished the zero net carbon supermarket construction plan, covering clean energy supply, energy gradient utilization, and power consumption demand optimization, effectively improved its comprehensive energy utilization efficiency, reduced overall energy costs, and significantly cut down the indirect greenhouse gas emissions. Yonker’s success in the first zero-carbon demonstration mall has provided a replicable solution for large supermarkets to go green and low-carbon.
